3 定义
3.1 霓虹灯管
低气压冷阴极辉光放电灯。
3.2 氖管
灯内充填氖气的霓虹灯管。这种灯管的发光,是由氖气辉光放电直接发出红色光。
3.3 汞氩管
灯内充有氩气和汞的霓虹灯管。这种灯管的发光,是由辉光放电时汞原子释放出来的紫外线,

3.4 同组灯
同一工程所使用的同一颜色的灯管为一组。
3.5 有效长度
灯管发光部分的长度,用L表示.单位m。
3.6 明管
在汞氩管中,灯管与电极连接处(或烧结处)未涂粉部分。
3.7 初始特性 i
灯管经初始燃点100h时的特性。
3.8 寿命
灯燃点至不能正常工作时的累计时间。
3. 9 平均寿命
在试验样品数量为N的寿命试验中,按照灯的损坏顺序,第(N+1)/2灯的寿命(N为奇数)

3.10 照度维持率
为同等距离下,灯管燃点至规定时间的照度与灯管初始的照度值之比,用百分数表示。

4. 1 外观
4.1.2 灯管经初始燃点后,其管壁不得有明显的氧化汞附着物.
4.1.3 灯管的弯曲部位不得有明显的
4.1.4 彩色灯管同组灯中的颜色不得有明显的差异.
4.1.5 涂有荧光粉的灯管接头处明管长度不得超过
4.1.6 灯管的排气管端部应是平滑的,不得带有尖刺.

5.1 灯管的外观质量(4.1)用目视法或游标卡尺进行检查或测量。
5.2 灯管的初始特性(4.2)按附录A和附录B的规定测量。
5.3 灯管的寿命和照度维持率(4.3)按附录C和附录B规定的试验方法。
5.4 灯管引出线的连接牢固度(4.4)用误差不大于0.1 N的拉力计检查。防潮覆盖层用目视法检查。
5.5 灯管的耐振性能(4.5)试验是将灯管刚性固定在振动台上,振动台的振动频率应为扫频1 Hz~30 HZ、

5.6 灯管正常工作的温度范围(4.6)是将灯管分别置于
